1. Digital Products (Downloads)

• All digital coloring books and downloadable products are delivered electronically after purchase.

• Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable.

• If you experience issues with your download (such as a broken file or technical error), please contact us at contactlena@stressfreecoloring.com, and we will make sure you receive the correct file.

2. Physical Products Purchased via Amazon or Third Parties

• StressFreeColoring.com provides links to purchase paperback coloring books through Amazon and other retailers.

• For these purchases, refunds and returns are managed directly through Amazon or the respective retailer in accordance with their policies. Please refer to the Amazon Returns Center (or applicable retailer) for instructions.

3. Duplicate Purchases or Technical Errors

• If you believe you were charged more than once for the same digital product, please contact us immediately with proof of purchase. We will investigate and, if verified, issue a refund or credit.

4. Exchanges

• Digital products cannot be exchanged.

• If you encounter issues with file access, we will gladly resend the download link or provide an alternative format (if available).
